What's the difference between an Appbox and a Share?

An Appbox is a private Plex server that is added to the customer's account, they fully own the server and can change settings, invite friends, add plugins, and anything they can do with Plex.

A share is when we add your account as a friend and share our libraries with you.  This is done automatically inside the Discord by a bot command, after you have purchased and we have given you the permissions.

What is your refund policy?

Cowl does not give out refunds, if you have feedback or dissatisfaction for a product, please let us know inside the Discord and we will try our best to help!

When will my product arrive?

Please follow the directions in the description of the product you purchased.  If you have done that, it shouldn't take long at all to get your product to you!  We have several staff members available 24/7 for support inside the Discord who can assist with receiving your product!
